On December 1 and 2, university students were able to attend the first Universia Virtual Employability Fair for Spain and Portugal. An event that has had the support of Banco Santander and that has pursued the objective of creating an innovative space that allows young people to connect with companies and academic institutions to bring together young talent with professionals from participating entities.
The virtual employability fair was hosted on the platform known as 'Taalentfy', in charge of meeting the growing demand in the workplace for the use of virtual scenarios.

The immediacy, the adaptation to the public, the simplicity of communication and learning for institutions that are increasingly important in this type of event.
IUNIT Centro Universitario joined the participation of the event along with companies such as Banco Santander, NTT Data, Fundación Universia, Acciona, Deloitte or Iberdrola.
Graduates, active students, recruiters and professionals were able to connect in real time to improve their employability by participating in "One to one" personal interviews.
In this way, the participation of IUNIT made it possible to show the professional-educational environment possible paths of professional development, with quality training and advice on the needs of current and future jobs.
