El Pharmaceutical Marketing Bootcamp This is an intensive and highly practical program designed to train professionals capable of understanding, designing, and executing effective marketing strategies in the healthcare sector. In an environment as regulated, competitive, and constantly evolving as the pharmaceutical industry, mastering the right tools, processes, and approaches is key to professional success and contributing to the success of healthcare products and solutions.

After 6 weeks of face-to-face trainingParticipants work with real-world examples of medicines and medical devices, guided by a faculty of experts actively working in the sector. The methodology focuses on practical learning, addressing each concept through experience and immediate applicability, following the logic of... drug value chain: from its research and development to its arrival at the patient.

The program is aimed at professionals in the pharmaceutical sector or healthcare marketing who seek to acquire or strengthen the skills necessary to evolve within departments of marketing, medical affairs, market access or commercial management. It is also an excellent option for those who wish to make a shift towards the field of pharmaceutical marketing from other areas.

During the bootcamp, essential aspects such as the market analysis, product positioning, pricing and access policies, the strategic communication, the applicable regulations and building “Go to Market” strategies adapted to the healthcare environment. In addition, innovative tools are incorporated for planning, visual thinking, and the rigorous presentation of scientific information.

This program not only provides key technical knowledge but also offers a comprehensive, up-to-date, and accurate overview of how the healthcare sector operates and how marketing functions within it. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to tackle real-world challenges, make informed strategic decisions, and contribute tangibly to their organizations' goals.

Methodology:

  • This course is based on a practical approach to all the essential concepts and elements of a healthcare marketing campaign. All concepts will be explored in a hands-on manner, using real-world examples of medications and medical devices. The course is taught and developed by active professionals with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. The goal is for participants to quickly and effectively acquire the concepts and skills necessary to immediately implement all the content included in the program.
  • In-person format with executive hours: Fridays 16:30pm – 20:30pm and Saturdays from 10am to 14pm.

    – Technologies and traceability
    – Risk management, sustainability and innovation

Module 5: Promotion and Communication

  • Marketing strategy as a communication process
  • Differentiating elements of the communication process in the health sector
  • Communication tools (Advertising, Events, Business networks, Public relations)
  • Legislation on advertising of medicines and health products

  • Strategy design:
    – Elements for an effective strategy
    – Definition of objectives
    – Go-to-market strategy applied to the healthcare sector
    – The 4Ps: price, place, product and promotion

 

  • Tools for design and planning:
    – Visual Thinking applied to pharmaceutical marketing
    – Rigorous communication of scientific information
    – Techniques for presenting scientific data clearly
Faculty

Financial aid for study.

The program is subject to the possibility of being 100% funded by the Tripartite Foundation. The State Foundation for Training in Employment (FUNDAE).

Finance

Admission profile

The program is designed for professionals in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries who want to acquire or strengthen their skills in marketing, communication, and market analysis. It is also suitable for specialists in areas such as sales, market access, medical affairs, or medical education who wish to broaden their strategic perspective. The bootcamp is equally relevant for graduates in health sciences or related disciplines who want to steer their careers toward pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare product management.

Requirements

The Master's applicants will send in digital format to the email admission@iunit.edu.es or by mail to the Admissions Department the following documentation:

  • Admission request completed (download it here).
  • Data veracity form completed (download it here).
  • Data Protection Form completed (download it here).
  • Passport or National Identity Document or equivalent.
  • CV (Updated Curriculum Vitae).
  • language certificate in the case of foreign students.

Admission request

Applicants for the course will send the following documentation in digital format to the email address admision@iunit.edu.es:

  • Photocopy of the NIF, NIE or Passport (for students from non-EU countries).
  • Updated CV (Previous training and related work experience will be valued).

*The Admissions department will study the compatibility of the program with the admission profile shared by the student.

*The main requirement is to be in possession of the duly regulated documentation required in the admission process.

Litigation, Arbitration
  • You must wait for confirmation of admission to the program from the Admissions Department.
  • Make a payment for the "Enrolment Fee" which will be deducted from the total amount and ensures the student a place.

Registration and registration

Once admitted to the program, prior confirmation by the Admissions Department, the student must continue with the payment of the amount in the agreed manner and the process following the instructions of the IUNIT Admissions Department.
