This Superior Technician in Guide, Information and Tourist Assistance Its objective is to help students acquire professional, personal and social skills that will allow them to function effectively in the tourism sector.

Upon completion of the training cycle, the student will be able to:

  • Plan, organize and develop Guiding, information and tourist assistance activities, adapted to different types of audiences.
  • Interpreting and communicating the cultural, natural and artistic heritageusing effective communication techniques appropriate to the context.
  • Design and market tourism products and servicestaking into account quality, sustainability and visitor experience.
  • To serve, inform and assist clients and users, applying customer service protocols and resolving incidents effectively.
  • Coordinate and accompany tourist groups, ensuring their safety, well-being and satisfaction during the activity.

Payment through monthly installments allows financing the amount of the Training throughout the course. This modality requires a single prior payment as a place reservation.

The steps to follow for the admission process are:

Admission profile

This program is designed for individuals interested in tourism, culture, and customer service, with strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a motivation to learn languages. It is suitable for both those with a high school diploma or vocational training qualification and those seeking to change their career path.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree as determined by the LOE.
  • Bachelor's degree established in the LOGSE.
  • Title of Specialist Technician, Higher Technician or equivalent for academic purposes.
  • Having passed the second year of any Experimental Baccalaureate modality.
  • Having passed the university orientation course or the pre-university course.
  • Hold a university degree or equivalent.
  • Possess the Intermediate Level Technician qualification and have passed the specific training course for access to cycles
    higher grade.
  • Have passed the university entrance test for those over 25 years of age.

Those who do not meet any of the above requirements and are at least 19 years old, or meet them in the year of test holding.

Those who accredit the Technician Title and are at least 18 years old, or they meet them in the year of celebration of the test, provided that the intermediate grade cycle passed belongs to one of the Professional Families included in the option of the test for which they are presented.

Admission request

Applicants for Higher Education Vocational Training will send in digital format to the email admission@iunit.edu.es or by mail to the Admissions Department the following documentation:

  • Admission request.
  • Data veracity form.
  • Data Protection Form.
  • Passport or National Identity Document or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree, Specialist Technician, Higher Technician or equivalent for academic purposes.
  • Photograph. passport size, in color.

Litigation, Arbitration

Upon receipt of the documentation, from IUNIT, we will contact the student to communicate their acceptance and the steps they must take to complete the registration and enrollment. The admissions department will communicate the acceptance to the interested party within a period not exceeding 5 days.

Registration and registration

Once admitted to the program, after confirmation by the Admissions Department, the student must continue with the payment of the amount in the agreed manner and the process following the indications of the IUNIT Admissions Department.

Scholarship

The Center for Higher Education for Business, Innovation and Technology offers a series of scholarships that can reach up to 50% of the official value of the program. There is a limited number of scholarships that will be awarded under evaluation criteria by the internal committee of the IUNIT admissions department.

Learning Resources

It has 9 spacious and bright classrooms as well as two seminars. All of them have internet connection as well as Wi-Fi, projector, connection to virtual classrooms and blackboard. The center considers the intensive use of ICT as a central and transversal component of the learning process, so it has a computer infrastructure according to these needs. Access to the reprography room, library and bibliographic resource center is provided.
