State Training for Employment Training (FOUNDED) former Tripartite Foundation, makes available to companies and workers subsidized training to improve competitiveness, increase the capacity to generate business opportunities and promote business development in Spain.

For that, FUNDAE provides deduction in the training offer from which they can benefit all Spanish companies. This economic aid is called credit and depends on the number of workers and the social security contribution.

El applicable amount of companies for financing is obtained by calculating the amount that each company allocates to the concept of "professional training quota". This value is variable each year and is established by the Administration.
