Coaching is a training process to become aware of the current state that the trained person is in and the future state in which they want to be. In the accompaniment of the change process, the coachee or the interested person intervenes for the fulfillment of his goal.
Through the Coaching or training process, the coachee would deepen his self-knowledge, self-motivation and emotional self-regulation through a self-coaching process to experience a change in himself and then be able to accompany others in change processes.

Coaching is applicable both in the personal, business, sports, educational, team, and health fields, among others. The accompaniment of the person in personal and professional development is carried out through the experiential learning process, training in neurolinguistic programming tools to improve learning, developing an effective change process in addition to improving communication and motivation of their equipment.

Through the Coaching or training process, the coach would deepen his or her self-knowledge, self-motivation and emotional self-regulation through a self-coaching process to experience a change in himself and then be able to accompany others in change processes.

This course in its modality executive It is taught with face-to-face classes on Friday afternoons and the full day on Saturdays.

This course is aimed at those professionals who have a higher degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Pedagogy, Philosophy, Law, Economics, Labor Sciences and graduates in Labor and Business Relations, or professionals directly related to the specialty of the course.

This Master in Personal and Professional Coaching and Business Leadership seeks to provide students with the general skills which are essential for a successful career in this field. These competencies include:

  • Differentiate the types of speeches and their preparation.
  • Identify external agents that harm the voice.
  • Overcome stage fright, blank mind and nerves.
  • Prepare and deliver a speech.
  • Prepare impromptu talks.
  • Know the moderation process and questions.
  • Master the phases of an effective presentation.

Module X: Coaching Practices.

  • Use vocabulary appropriate to the program.
  • Comment on coaching situations that occur in other contexts.
  • Collect data from sessions and organize them according to templates.
  • Schedule future sessions from the templates.

The Master's applicants will send in digital format to the email admission@iunit.edu.es or by mail to the Admissions Department the following documentation:

Decision

Upon receipt of the documentation, from IUNIT, we will contact the student to communicate their acceptance and the steps they must take to complete the registration and enrollment. The admissions department will communicate the acceptance to the interested party within a period not exceeding 5 days.

Registration and registration

Once the admission to the program has been communicated, the student must pay the registration fee according to the chosen option. Likewise, from the communication of said admission, the candidate will have a period of 7 days to formalize the registration fees and the reservation of the place.
