SpanishA good social leader knows the necessary tools to complete his responsibility as a citizen, employer and conflict manager, since in the different environments and environments in which he moves, he will necessarily need good strategies. In this way, he can become a learning model, being recognized as a complete and competent professional in the area of HHSS and communication, knowing how to accompany people from the needs that arise in them. At a social level, the existence of creative leaders is necessary, who know how to accompany and adapt to the needs of citizens and the people who work with them, leading personal and professional emotional management, and that of their teams, bringing to fruition the proposed objectives.
The course that is taught in the blended modality, translates into three days of face-to-face classes and two days online.

The steps to follow for the admission process are:

- Intermediate and higher graduates and recent graduates interested
Motivation letter showing interest in the course and, in addition, a personal interview may be held.
Applicants for Specialist Courses will send in digital format to the email admission@iunit.edu.es or by mail to the Admissions Department the following documentation:
- Admission request completed (download it here).
- Data veracity form completed (download it here).
- Data Protection Form completed (download it here).
- Passport or National Identity Document or equivalent.
- CV (Updated Curriculum Vitae).
- language certificate in the case of foreign students.
Upon receipt of the documentation, from IUNIT, we will contact the student to communicate their acceptance and the steps they must take to complete the registration and enrollment. The admissions department will communicate the acceptance to the interested party within a period not exceeding 5 days.
Once the admission to the program has been communicated, the student must pay the registration fee according to the chosen option. Likewise, from the communication of said admission, the candidate will have a period of 7 days to formalize the registration fees and the reservation of the place.
