This course offers a unique opportunity to explore and cultivate the skills necessary to become an effective coach. Throughout this journey, participants will learn to build trusting relationships, listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and facilitate positive change in others. Personal and Professional Coaching It is a discipline that goes beyond superficial advice or temporary solutions. It's about empowering people to discover their own answers, unlock their hidden potential and achieve lasting results. This course offers a solid theoretical foundation backed by practice, providing participants with the tools necessary to guide others on their path to success.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR

This course is aimed at those professionals who have a higher degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Pedagogy, Philosophy, Law, Economics, Labor Sciences and graduates in Labor and Business Relations, or professionals directly related to the specialty of the course.

Students enrolled in this course will develop a diverse set of skills and competencies that will enable them to achieve an exceptional level of knowledge and skills. These competencies cover a wide range of areas and disciplines, and some of the main ones include:

General:

Emotional: necessary for the development of one's own emotional intelligence in personal and professional development.
Relational: necessary to channel emotions in relationships with others.
Acquire strategies, skills and the necessary methodology to enhance the development of these skills in others.
Develop creativity, teamwork in organizations and institutions
Acquire the necessary tools for the implementation of Emotional Intelligence in specific professional fields.

You specify:

Develop a process of self-knowledge oriented to emotional management and knowledge of the different functions of emotions.
Knowledge and management of all the general and specific tools of Emotional Intelligence aimed at promoting awareness causing a change of observer to take place and to become aware of this new situation.
Development of communication skills such as active listening, empathy and assertiveness.
Ability to recognize in oneself and in others the different emotional reactions and their identification.

Requirements

Motivation letter showing interest in the course and, in addition, a personal interview may be held.

Admission request

Applicants for Specialist Courses will send in digital format to the email admission@iunit.edu.es or by mail to the Admissions Department the following documentation:

Admission request completed (download it here).
Data veracity form completed (download it here).
Data Protection Form completed (download it here).
Passport or National Identity Document or equivalent.
CV (Updated Curriculum Vitae).
language certificate in the case of foreign students.

Decision

Upon receipt of the documentation, from IUNIT, we will contact the student to communicate their acceptance and the steps they must take to complete the registration and enrollment. The admissions department will communicate the acceptance to the interested party within a period not exceeding 5 days.

Registration and registration

Once the admission to the program has been communicated, the student must pay the registration fee according to the chosen option. Likewise, from the communication of said admission, the candidate will have a period of 7 days to formalize the registration fees and the reservation of the place.
